Two questions on this device --- Single Smart Gate Upgrade Bundle For Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Access - AXMCSB
1. Can I open the gate using my cell phone from a remote location? For example, a person arrives and I want to open the gate for them but I am not there.
2. Can I assign a "one-time" use code that would be used for an AMAZON delivery driver for example. I can assign the code and it will automatically erase after it is used.
If the AXMCSB cannot do these tasks above is there another option available?

The gate can be controlled remotely via your phone when you are not at home. This is assuming you can connect the Multiconnect to your home network, allowing Internet access. This means the AXMCR is with in range of your Wi-Fi. The second question you asked can be accomplished with the Ghost Controls keypad, but you have to manually program it. If using the Multiconnect and your phone, you would have to issue them a key and then revoke it after it is used.
