Can the DS1U opener be attached to the bottom of the gate. Decorative Series Single Automatic Gate Opener Kit with Tube Gate Brackets - DS1U
The front gate column (brick) has power and a cutout at the base of it to attach gate openers. Can I use this location or do I need to attach it at the middle of the gate/column. The gate is box metal tubing about 12’ long.
