LXX1K making dry, grinding noise from the interior--how can I lubricate it internally?
When my LXX1K is opening, near the end of the stroke there is a creaking, grinding noise emanating from inside the arm. It sounds like something needs to be lubricated internally. I lubricated the exterior of the arm as recommended but it didn't seem to help. I'm thinking the internal threaded piece needs some type lube. Before I tear into it, I thought I'd ask if there are any tips/recommendations/solutions to help me out.
