brand new system installed and arm won't extend to close
I just installed the system and i cannot get the gate to close. the Arm will not extend when i push the log close button. motor in arm does not seem to work. solar batteries are charged and hooked up properly. i spent three hours and cannot figure this out. all instructions seem to make this a very easy install. why wont it close ?
