If you have ethernet out by the gate you would need to run an extender from your router to get wifi at the gate to access the MultiConnect with Wifi and Internet, otherwise bluetooth would be your option.
Can I wire this into my network or do I have to have Wi-Fi to connect to it? Ghost MultiConnect Kit for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Access - AXMC-R
My Wi-Fi signal may be extremely weak or non existent due to location of gate. Is it possible to wire it into my network instead of using WiFi? I plan on having IP cameras down at my mailbox so I'll have access to Ethernet at my gate. Is this an option or do you only use WiFi?
