The auto-close timer will cause the gate to close a specified number of seconds after it has been opened, regardless of how the gate was triggered (remote, sensor, keypad, push button, etc.). If your gate isn't closing after being triggered by the exit sensor, it may need to be recalibrated. Please refer to the instructions on our troubleshooting page to recalibrate your sensor. If the issue persists after recalibration, please contact our technical support team for further assistance.
