Please check the measurement shown in the attached photo. This measurement should = 4". If this is true, please reinstall per the installation manual or inspect the door and hardware for damage. 
My gate wont close all the way
I have a coop control door opener\closer. The door isn't closing all the way. It use to close all they way. What can I do to fix this? We have lost 3 chickens because of a 4 inch gap:(
