You may extend the solar panel a maximum of 100 feet from the control box using 16 gauge stranded 2 conductor wire.
Need to remote the solar panel beyond the supplied wire. Can I splice the 16 AWG with 16-2 direct burial wire? 10 Watt Monocrystalline Solar Panel Kit - AXDP
There is 16-2, direct burial, low voltage wire, but it has a flattened profile (similar to 120 volt appliance cord shape) and not the round, SO shape of the wire that comes with the panel. Can I splice with it?
