The AXWV works by sensing any moving metal within 12 feet of the buried sensor. It should be buried along side the driveway. Please see the installation manual for detailed instructions.
Will this work if our driveway is asphalt & we bury it in the grass next to it? Wireless Vehicle Sensor - AXWV
It says it detects ground movement but will this work if the car is driving on asphalt & the sensors is in the grass next to it?
