Getting power to the control board, but no power through it. None of the leds are lit, but 13.5+ volts are present. Replacement Dual Control Board (not smart compatible) - AXBDW
I was able to connect incoming power opener arms to open gates and leave them in the open position. Nine of the troubleshooting videos provided a workable solution.
