Will this work for a “solid” gate? Or only farm style?

I had a steel frame gate with wooden pickets attached to it. Will this be able to support this type of fence?

We do not recommend using our gate operators on privacy gates, or any gate with more than 30% of its surface area covered with solid material. Any full panel gate with a swing operator attached has the potential to catch a gust of wind and cause irreparable damage to the gate and gate operator. You can find more information on this here.
