You need the AXP1 remote to activate Party Mode from the remote. If you have that unit. Press and hold the Party button until LED light turns solid then hit the button you open the gate with. You will here two beeps confirming you entered the mode.
To take it out of party mode do the same procedure. You will here 3 beeps indicating you exited the mode. Keep in mind that the gate will not close until the auto-close time has expired. So if your auto-close time is set to 60 seconds the gate will begin to close 60 seconds after you have taken the system out of Party Mode.
