No, the vehicle sensor will open when it detects any type of moving metal. We would suggest using your remotes and not set the auto open close feature.

Can the ghost controller be configured to stop the gate from moving if metal is detected? This would help prevent the gate from opening and hitting a vehicle exiting the fenced area. I would rather use the remote for opening the gate and use the vehicle sensor as a safety sensor. I don't want to trench my asphalt in order to use your wired photo optic sensor.
