We do not recommend installations further than 100' from the gate but you can give it a try. Rf range is very difficult to predict because of how many devices and things can create interference.

In addition to the remotes for our vehicles to open our gate, we want to have a keypad inside our house to open the gate. The keypad would be installed on the second floor bedroom that has a view of the gate from the sliding glass door in this bedroom. The gate is 250 feet from the bedroom. However, there are many trees in the line of sight, but we can still see a portion of the gate from the bedroom.
Which wireless keypad would you recommend for this?
