We consider the First arm as the arm with the 6 foot cable. The Second arm has a much longer cable length for crossing the driveway.
Please note: You will potentially VOID your warranty if you SPLICE the cable. When replacing the arm remove the old arm and wire and install the new arm with the wire intact.
